SiapPergi is a travel information site. We do not sell tickets or process payments ourselves. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

Bus, train, ferry & fast boat tickets

  • Tickets are booked and paid on the site of our official third-party ticketing partner. The contract of carriage is between you, the operator and the ticketing partner.
  • Prices, payment, e-tickets, changes, cancellations and refunds follow the terms of the ticketing partner and the operator, shown before you pay.
  • Schedules, distances and travel times on SiapPergi are guides and may change; always check the details on your ticket.

Scooter & car rental

  • Rental prices on SiapPergi are estimated market prices. The final price, deposit, delivery fee and rental terms are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
  • The rental agreement is with the rental company or vehicle owner who confirms your booking. You must hold a valid licence for the vehicle (foreign visitors: International Driving Permit + home licence) and follow Indonesian traffic law.

Stays (Inap) & Marketplace (Pasar)

  • SiapPergi connects guests with hosts and buyers with sellers. Payments and handovers happen directly between users; SiapPergi is not a party to the transaction.
  • Never pay before a booking is confirmed, and report suspicious requests to us on WhatsApp 0818-0800-1102.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We may remove listings that break the rules or the law.

Intellectual property & use of the site

  • The SiapPergi name & logo, page design, program code, text, schedule and price data, and data compilations on this site belong to SiapPergi and/or its partners and are protected by Indonesian Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and Law No. 20 of 2016 on Trademarks.
  • Copying, imitating the design or flow, reproducing, reselling or republishing content from this site without written permission is prohibited.
  • Automated data collection (scraping, crawling, bots, scripts) from the site or its API is prohibited, except by general search engines for indexing.
  • Framing this site (iframe) or using the SiapPergi name on other domains, apps, ads or social media accounts is prohibited.
  • Violations may lead to blocked access and legal action under applicable law.

Image licence

  • All article images — 3D renders made in Blender, infographics, pamphlets — and catalogue photos on SiapPergi are original works © SiapPergi (siappergi.com). Credit and copyright are also embedded in each image file (IPTC/XMP metadata).
  • To use a SiapPergi image on another website, in print or on social media, ask for written permission (a licence) via halo@siappergi.com. Once approved, credit “SiapPergi (siappergi.com)” and link back to the page where the image appears.
